These terms apply when you use bridgingthegapsinc.com, which is run by Bridging The Gaps Ministry. By using the site, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
1. Using this site
This site shares faith-based and educational content, Bible studies and ways to reach out for prayer and support. Please use it for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't harm the site or anyone else.
2. Not a substitute for professional help
Our content, prayer ministry and personal outreach offer spiritual, educational and community-based support. They aren't counseling, therapy, or medical, legal or financial advice, and reaching out to us doesn't create a professional relationship. If you're in immediate danger, call 911. You can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline any time.
3. Digital study kits
- Our study kits are digital downloads that you print at home. Nothing ships.
- Payments are processed securely by Squarespace Payments. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
- Personal kits are for your own use.
- Group, Retreat and Church kits include the printing or copying rights described on each kit's product page. Please stay within those rights.
- You may not resell our kits, share the files with people outside the use your kit allows or post them online.
4. Refunds
Because study kits are instant digital downloads, all sales are final. If a file won't open or you were charged by mistake, email info@bridgingthegapsinc.com and we'll make it right.
5. Books sold on Amazon
Our books are sold through Amazon. When you buy one there, Amazon's terms, shipping and return policies apply.
6. Free resources and samplers
You're welcome to download and print our free worksheets, guides and samplers for your own use. Please don't sell them or post the files somewhere else.
7. Prayer requests and messages
Anything you send us through our forms is voluntary. We handle every prayer request and message with care, and we never publish prayer requests. Please only share what you're comfortable sharing.
8. Our content
The text, graphics, logos, videos, Bible studies, workbooks and downloads on this site belong to Bridging The Gaps Ministry. Other than what these terms or a kit's product page allow, please don't copy or distribute them without our permission. Scripture quoted from the American Standard Version and the World English Bible is in the public domain.
9. Links to other sites
We link to other sites, like Amazon and YouTube. We don't control those sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
10. Limits of liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Bridging The Gaps Ministry isn't liable for errors, interruptions or losses that come from using the site.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
